(Lake Alpine) Silver Tip Overview

Lake Alpine Silvertip 016

Lake Alpine Silver Tip Campground has 22 campsites set in a fir and lodgepole pine forest and is located about 1 mile from Lake Alpine. There is also a trail leading from the campground to the lake.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (38 to 50 feet). Each site can have up to 6 people, 2 vehicles and 3 tents. Sites also have a table, food storage locker, fire ring and grill. Firewood, camping and fishing supplies, food and apparel are available at the Lake Alpine Lodge general store. The camp host may also sell firewood. There is no cell service.

Amenities include piped drinking water, flush toilets, showers and trash collection. There is also a boat ramp, restaurant, store and day-use area over at the Lake Alpine Lodge.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes paddle-boarding, boating canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting, OHV trail riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in the area include Lake Alpine Silver Valley, Lake Alpine Pine Marten and Lake Alpine West Shore.
