Turtle Rock Park Overview

Turtle Rock Park campground has 26 trailer/RV campsites and 12 tent-only campsites. It is located about 30 miles south of South Lake Tahoe in the beautiful Sierra Nevada.  Campsites have a paved parking pad, table, fire ring and and BBQ pedestal. Campsites 14 and 18 are double sites.

The campground is first-come, first-serve. Amenities include drinking water , flush toilets and a coin-operated shower.  There’s also a super nice 18-hole disc golf course, horseshoe pit, picnic / day-use area, tennis court and basketball court. Check out time is 12pm and check in is around 2pm

Other campgrounds in the area include Grover Hot Springs State Park, Kit Carson, Crystal Springs, Markleeville, and Indian Creek.
