  1. Do you have any information on the hike/bike in sites or the environmental camping? Thank you

    • Hi Mistie,
Unfortunately we don’t have pictures of these campsites. The 9 first-come, first-served “environmental” (primitive) sites in a redwood forest along the Fern Canyon Scenic Trail. These are about 1.75 miles from the trailhead near the end of the campground.

  2. Bathrooms were always clean and tidy. Site 46 was sloped … not ideal for our campervan.

  3. Donna Dela Cruz says:

    Hi,
If I could only keep one site, which one is better between #15 and #16? We do car camping and will be having 3 cars. Thank you!

    • Hi Donna,
Campsites #15 and #16 are very similar. Both have about the same size parking area and you can fit 3 cars in either. Both are also flat and have a good amount of room for tents/equipment if you decide to go that route. Campsite #15 (one of our favorites at the campground) may have a little more shade over the table/fire ring area.

      • Donna Dela Cruz says:

Thank you for the quick response! Is there something wrong with #17? I checked that one but it’s not showing that it’s available. Thinking to keep #16 so there ‘s no one next to us if that’s the case.
