Cove Campground PSICC Colorado

Cove Overview

Cove Campground has 4 campsites and is located next to the South Platte River in Eleven Mile Canyon. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. The dirt parking spurs range in size from 25-34 feet. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill.

The small primitive campground is usually open mid May to early October (weather permitting). Amenities include drinking water (hand pump), vault toilets and trash collection. Cell service is not available in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Blue Mountain, Riverside, Spillway and Springer Gulch.

Area Recreation and Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Cove Campground is also one of the closest campground to the Eleven Mile Reservoir, which offers a variety of water sports.
