Rosy Lane Overview

Rosy Lane Campground is right along the banks of the Taylor River and has 19 single-family campsites at an elevation of 8,600 feet. The campground is generally open early June to early October.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campsite #8 also has electric hookups. Amenities include potable (drinking) water and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for purchase from the camp host.

Other campgrounds in the area include North Bank, Lottis Creek, One Mile, Lodgepole, Almont and Lakeview.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, ATVing, picnicking, hunting, horseback riding and wildlife viewing. You can also raft or kayak the river during good water flow.
