In the verbage it suggests there is horseback riding allowed in the recreation area.
No where in the campsite information did I see anything about horse camping for those interested in exploring the recreation sites on horseback!
Is there really a place for horse campers?

Great question Brett!
And you’re correct – Shadowy St. Joe does not have any equestrian camping and/or facilities. There is horseback riding in the general area though. We clarified that in our overview.
