Riverside (Ks) Overview

Riverside Campground has 28 campsites and is next to the Smoky Hill River just downstream from Kanopolis Lake in central Kansas. The campground is fully operational and takes reservations from early April through September. Primitive camping is also available in the off season.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. There are 16 with water & electric hookups. All sites have a gravel parking spur, table, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush and vault toilets, hot-water showers, trash collection and a dump station. There’s also a playground and disc golf course.  You can also purchase firewood from the camp host. Cell coverage is fair in the area.
