Devil’s Elbow Recreation Area Overview

Devil’s Elbow Campground has 50 spacious campsites (including 2 group) and is located where the Missouri River meanders into Hauser Lake.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 60 feet). Up to 3 vehicles and 10 people per site allowed. Sites don’t have any shade but they do have a table, fire ring and grill. Campsites 37-42 are group sites and sites 43-48 are tent only.

Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets, overflow parking and trash collection. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host. Cell service is fair.

The campground also has a boat ramp, trailer parking, and overnight boat slips. There’s also a small marina, additional boat ramp, store, gas and restaurant over in Lakeside (2.5 miles).

You might also like Black Sandy State Park or White Sandy Campground.

Devil’s Elbow – Area Recreation & Activities
