Clear Creek (NM) Overview

Clear Creek Campground has 13 campsites (8 are reservable) and is located at 8,400 feet and close to a small creek in the Santa Fe National Forest. Group camping is also available. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 30 feet). Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include potable water and vault toilets. Because of the high altitude, the campground is generally open mid May to mid September.

Clear Creek – Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing in nearby Rio de las Vacas and hiking in the San Pedro Parks Wilderness.  Visitors can also enjoy an abundance of wildlife, particularly in the spring and fall.

You may also be interested in Riana – Abiquiu Lake, San Antonio or Fenton Lake campgrounds.

      You can click on the ‘Make A Reservation’ button to check availability, pricing and make a reservation at Clear Creek campground. Right now, several campsites are available for an August 11-12 stay.
