Fisherman’s Point Group Overview

Fishermans Point Campground Murphy Creek Scenic

Fisherman’s Point Group Campground (Fall Creek Recreation Area) has 5 primitive campsites that can accommodate up to 64 people. It is located at the point where Murphy Creek enters Fall Creek Lake. First-come, first-serve camping (single-family campsites) is also available at nearby Cascara Campground.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill. Parking spurs range from 40-60 feet. The campground is usually open early early May to late October. Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection.

Other campgrounds in the area include Dolly Varden, Broken Bowl, Bedrock, Puma, Ivan Oakes and Black Canyon.

 Area Recreation and Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
