One Comment on “Humbug Mountain State Park”

  1. Dennis Hall says:

This campground is waaaay overdeveloped. Sites are tiny, many too small for a 9 x 9 tent. Very open with no privacy. Hordes of children racing suicidally fast on bicycles. Grade on hiway 250 feet away creates a steady stream of jake brake noise. You might consider under most any urban overpass as an equally attractive, and cheaper site. The camp and restrooms are very clean and litter free and the staff is very friendly. The beach is nice but reeks of overuse. Not horrible, but never going back. Probably a good choice for families and groups with small children.
