  1. Caroline Braun says:

We love Burlingame and have camped here many times. Burlingame has a huge amount of site options so we can go last minute if we want to. We love that there is a decent-sized camp store that we can buy forgotten supplies or snacks in, or just some coffee if we don’t feel like making it ourselves in the morning. The waterfront is small but nice. We don’t have kids, but it seems like there are a lot of children’s activities to enjoy, including nature classes and an arcade. Bring your bikes because there’s a lot of roads around the camp you can bike on safely. You can rent canoes and kayaks out at the camp store as well. Our only qualm is that it can get noisy. The park attendants don’t appear to enforce quiet hours. That is why I am rating it a 4.5/5. Bring ear plugs to sleep and you’ll have a 5/5 experience. We have stayed at different parts of the campsite and we would say that, so far, Fish Camp Area has been the quietest and Main Camp Area has been the loudest. Enjoy!
