Charlestown Breachway Campground Rhode Island

Charlestown Breachway Overview

Charlestown Breachway Campground offers 75 self-contained RV campsites (no tents or popups) with spectacular views of the ocean and Block Island Sound.  Hookups are not available.

Campsites can accommodate a self-contained trailer or RV and an additional towed or non-towed vehicle.  Open fires (wood or charcoal) are not allowed, but propane camp stoves are okay. Pets are not allowed. Registered campers can utilize the septic dump and water filling stations at Burlingame State Campground and/or Fishermen’s Memorial State Campground (one time / no charge). Generators are also okay from 8am to 8pm. A boat launch is also near the campground.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation includes beach combing, sunbathing, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

    always have an enjoyable stay at the breachway as we are configured for dry camping and it works out well-good sleeping and great nearby food spots-been coming for 30 years
