Mill Hollow Campground Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest Utah

Mill Hollow Overview

Mill Hollow Campground has 28 single-family campsite next to Mill Hollow reservoir at an elevation of 8,800 feet.   Beautiful aspen fir and lodgepole pine are also throughout the area.

The campground is generally open late May to mid September.  Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Hookups are not available. Cell service is also not available in the area.  Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Firewood is available to purchase from the camp host (in season).

Other campgrounds in the area include Wolf Creek, Aspen, Hades and Iron Mine.

Mill Hollow Campground – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, ATV trail riding, picnicking, stargazing and wildlife viewing.  Snowshoeing is also popular during the winter. A short trail leads up the hill from the campground to the reservoir.
