Pine Valley North Wasatch Cach Overview

Pine Valley Group A Mahonia Camping Area 3

Pine Valley North Campground offers about 3 group camping areas in a forested area near the Lower Provo River. It’s also just off UT-150 (Mirror Lake Scenic Byway).

  • Group Site ‘A’ (PINE) can accommodate up to 20 vehicles and 120 people.
  • Group Site ‘B’ (NORT) can have up to 15 vehicles and 60 people.
  • Group Site ‘C’ (NGPC) can have up to 25 vehicles and 140 people.

All campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has paved parking, vault toilets, trash collection, picnic tables and fire rings. Water is not available. Cell service is also not available in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Shingle Creek ATV, Lower Provo River, Yellow Pine, Ponderosa Group and Soapstone.

Pine Valley North Campground – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes OHV trail riding, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, ATV trail riding, mountain biking, horseback riding and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also great in the area.
