Soda Springs Overview

Soda Springs Campground has 22 single-family campsites along the Bumping River in Wenatchee National Forest. You can also fill up your canteen with soda water from the spring just across the river. The campground and surrounding area offers stunning views of the river, old growth forest and alpine peaks.

Campsites can accommodate tents, RVs and trailers (up to 30 feet). Amenities include potable (drinking) water and vault toilets. Campsites also have a table, fire ring and grill. Cell service is not available in the area.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, horseback riding, hunting, OHV riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Seasonal whitewater kayaking and rafting area also popular. The nearby American Ridge Trail offers hikers, backpackers and horseback riders the opportunity to explore the beautiful wilderness. You can also reach the Soda Springs by crossing the foot-bridge over the river and hiking about 500 feet.

Other campgrounds in the area include American Forks, Cedar Springs and Cougar Flat.
